How does pricing work?+
Each pro sets their own service prices. You see the full price before you book. We add a small travel fee only when you're outside the standard coverage zone — always shown upfront.
What if I need to cancel?+
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your booking. After that, a small fee may apply so pros aren't left out of pocket.
How are pros vetted?+
We check ID, work history and a short portfolio. New pros are observed closely during their first bookings, and customer ratings keep standards high.
Do you cover the whole island?+
We cover most of Mauritius. Pros decide which areas they serve — you'll see availability for your address as soon as you start a booking.
